It appears you have JavaScript turned off in your browser.
Besides being able to use the complete error-checking capabilities
on this form, you will have a more enjoyable
experience at most websites if you enable JavaScript. To enable
JavaScript:
- In Netscape Navigator, click on Edit in the top Menu Bar and select Preferences, then click
and highlight Advanced under Category, then click the box labeled Enable
JavaScript, and lastly clear the window by clicking the OK button.
- In Internet Explorer, click on Tools in the top Menu Bar and select Internet
Options, then
click on the tab titled Security, then select the Internet icon and
click the Custom Level button, find the Active Script category near the
bottom of the list and click the radio button titled Enable, then click
the OK button on that window, answer Yes to the question, and
finally close the last small window by clicking the OK button (Whew!!).
- You do not have to restart your browser or
computer after you enable JavaScript. Simply click the 'Reload' button.
